Stage 3After receiving the original documents, the client must inform our manager of the date of submission of documents to the Embassy of Belarus.
Upon receiving this information, our manager will send an email to the Embassy of Belarus requesting an appointment date for the candidate.
The client is then responsible for independently preparing all additional documents required for submission to the Embassy of Belarus.
The client must clarify the list of required documents directly with the Embassy staff.
Our company is not responsible for the correctness of the visa application or any other documents prepared by the client.
We guarantee that the documents issued on behalf of the Belarusian company are original, that the company is officially registered in the Republic of Belarus, and that it is active at the time of document preparation.
We do not guarantee visa issuance, as our role is limited to preparing documents on behalf of the employer company according to the list approved by the Embassy of Belarus and official Belarusian law.
Visa issuance depends on the candidate’s interview and the additional documents they personally prepare, for which they bear full responsibility.
According to the rules of the Embassy of Belarus, a work visa is issued for a maximum of 30 days.
Extension of stay in the Republic of Belarus is possible only after arrival in Belarus.
The foreign citizen must inform our manager no later than 10 business days before arrival in Belarus, providing a copy of the flight ticket to Minsk airport.
